		<description><![CDATA[I think the payoff can keep you working out once you have started. Ie, you like the way you feel after and you start to look forward to that good feeling (endorphin rush).  Some ppl are very goal oriented so they feel very accomplished after meeting a workout goal (I walked 10,000 steps today!)
